WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour with milk and cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Set aside. In a medium bowl, place butter and shortening and beat 4 minutes. Add sugar and beat 4 minutes. Add vanilla and above paste mixture and beat 4 minutes. Double for a layer cake. Tastes like whipped cream.
