FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
1 9-inch baked pie shell

Sauce:

1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. water

Place sliced berries in baked pie shell.

For sauce: Blend all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until all sauce becomes clear. Remove from heat and add Jell-O and cool. Pour cooled sauce over berries slowly. Refrigerate. Can be topped with whipped cream. May substitute peaches and peach Jell-O.
