ITALIAN BEEF 
4 lb. beef rump roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 tbsp. sausage seasoning
2 tbsp. sweet basil
2 tbsp. oregano
Salad oil to cover pan bottom
6-8 bay leaves
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 mango, chopped
6 beef bouillon cubes

Cover pan bottom with oil. Slit meat 4 times. Rub meat in oil. Mix salt, red and black pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, then rub all over meat.

Fill roaster 1/3 full of water; add diced onions and bay leaves in water. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn meat over to finish baking 1 1/2 hours.

When roast is done, strain broth from onions and bay leaves. Slice meat and put in broth. Put mango, bouillon cubes in cook until tender. Serve on meat.
