BAKED WHOLE PUMPKIN 
1 pumpkin
6 whole eggs
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. brown sugar (dark)
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. butter

Cut the top off the pumpkin. Remove the seeds. Mix all the ingredients together and fill the pumpkin. Put top back on and put in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes until the inside of pumpkin resembles a custard. Serve this dessert from the pumpkin.
