CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. raw grits
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
Salt, pepper to taste
3 eggs
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook grits by directions on box. Mix well after each addition. Bake at 325-350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. (Spray casserole dish with Pam.)
