PASTA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 c. cauliflower
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. olives, sliced
1 c. marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 c. Italian dressing

Cook macaroni in salted water; drain and mix with other ingredients. Let marinate 6 hours. When ready to serve, add 2 tomatoes, sliced, and 1 avocado, sliced. Toss lightly. Put in lettuce-lined salad bowl.
