WALKING TACO 
1 (7 oz.) can refried beans
1 (7 oz.) can picante sauce
8 oz. sour cream
3-4 scallions, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, sliced
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Taco chips or corn chips, for serving

Layer pie plate with refried beans, sour cream, sliced olives to cover, scallions to cover, picante sauce. Rim the outer edge of plate with remaining scallions and olives. Cover the center of plate with shredded cheese. Chill thoroughly. Serve with taco or corn chips.
