REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 can (27 oz.) of well- drained sauerkraut
1 lg. sliced tomato
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 c. or 12 oz. corned beef, sliced or cubed
2 c. shredded Swiss or American cheese
1/4 c. crushed croutons or crackers
1/4 tsp. caraway seed

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In 8 x 9 inch square baking dish, layer ingredients in the order given. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
