BOURBON BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, finely crushed (3 c.)
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. granulated sugar

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except granulated sugar. Shape in 1" balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving for flavor to mellow. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
