BOURBON BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. granulated sugar

In large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients except granulated sugar. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving to allow flavors to mellow. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze. Makes 3 1/2 dozen balls. About 85 calories each. A favorite at Christmas time.
