HAM PUFF BALLS 
1 1/4 lbs. ground ham, precooked
1 lb. ground pork, lean
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (fine)
1 c. milk

Combine all the meat, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk. Mix well. Form into balls using about 1/2 cup for each ball. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and place puff balls in it and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix the sauce together and spoon over the balls, and put them back in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
