6 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2" cubes
3 oz. cream cheese, cut in 1/4" cubes
1 pkg. (2 1/2 oz.) smoked sliced ham, cut up
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease a 2 quart round casserole dish. Beat eggs. Beat in Bisquick and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. 6-8 servings.
