THREE CHEESE HAM PUFF 
6 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. chunked Monterey Jack cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, chunked
2.5 oz. pkg. sliced ham
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease 2 quart casserole. Beat eggs with hand beater. Beat in Bisquick and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour this into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
