LEMON CHEESE CONGEALED SALAD 
1 sm. lemon Jello (reg. not unsweetened)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 med. to lg. whipped cream

Serves 10 to 12. Combine Jello, sugar, water and pineapple in saucepan. Heat until Jello and sugar are melted. Congeal (usually overnight). Stir this mixture up before adding remaining ingredients to congealed portion. Add all other ingredients.

This is easily multiplied for large numbers of people.
