THREE TOMATO POTATO AND PEA
CURRY
 
3 tbsp. mustard seed
4 tbsp. cumin seed
1/2 c. oil
3 lg. diced potatoes
1 tsp. turmeric
1 lg. can tomatoes with puree
1 can water
1 lg. pkg. frozen peas (family size)

Pop mustard seed, cumin seed in oil in a deep pan. Add potatoes, chili powder and turmeric to make "masala." Add tomatoes, water. When potatoes are cooked, add peas. Cook 5-10 minutes until peas are done. Serve over rice.
