GREAT MEAT LOAF 
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Soak bread crumbs in milk; add meat, egg, onions and seasonings. Mix well. Form 2 small loaves. Cover with Piquant sauce. Spread sauce over meat and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. For Piquant sauce, combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup catsup and 1 teaspoon dry mustard with a little water.
