GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
1 gallon sliced green tomatoes
1 qt. chopped onions, approximately 6 med.
1 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/4 c. pickling salt
3 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together; heat on stove; do not stir, but keep tomatoes pushed under. Do not boil. When tomatoes turn color, put in jars and seal.
