GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
1 med. head cabbage
7 lg. green tomatoes
3 stalks celery
2 sweet red peppers
3 green peppers
1 qt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Grind all the vegetables together. Dissolve sugar and spices in vinegar by heating.

Combine ingredients together and cook for 2 hours. Seal in sterile jars. Makes approximately 6 pints. Can easily be doubled.
