SQUASH CASSEROLE 
6 med. squash
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper

Cook squash and drain. Mix squash, sour cream and chicken soup in bowl. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Line casserole dish with stuffing mix. Save some for topping. Pour in squash and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Bake until brown, 35 minutes.
