SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed, cooked squash with onions
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 sm. can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs, beaten
Dash of black pepper and salt

Mix all ingredients except stuffing mix. Sprinkle 1/2 c. stuffing mix into greased casserole. Pour squash mixture into casserole. Put remaining stuffing mix on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
