PUMPKIN DESSERT 
24 sq. graham crackers
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. whipped topping

Crush graham crackers; blend with sugar and butter. Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish for crust. Beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese. Beat well and pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven and cool.

Mix pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, egg yolks, milk and cinnamon; mix well and cook until thickened. Remove form heat and add envelope of plain gelatin that has been dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Let this mixture cool.

Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar and fold into the cooled pumpkin mixture. Pour over cooled crust and cheese. Layer top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
