COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Sauces (recipe below)

Mix all ingredients except salad oil. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in oil. Drain. Simmer in one of the sauces for 30 minutes.

SAUCE RECIPES:

ITALIAN STYLE:

1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce
1 bottle chili sauce

GLAZED:

1 bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

SWEET AND SOUR:

1 bottle chili sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
