TROPICAL PUNCH 
3 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade
1 1/2 c. water

Bring to boil water and sugar; cool. Add remaining ingredients; freeze. To serve, thaw and add 1 quart 7-UP.
