TUNA, PASTA, BROCCOLI & RED
PEPPER SALAD
 
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. drained capers
1 tsp. crumbled oregano leaves
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper

SALAD:

1 bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. freshly cooked farfalle noodles or shell macaroni
3-4 red peppers, cut into 1" pieces
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained & chunked
