LUSCIOUS FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (17 oz.) apricot halves, drained
1 can (17 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks or slices, drained
1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained
1 jar (6 oz.) maraschino cherries, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 red apple, chopped and unpeeled
Fresh raspberries or blueberries (opt.)

FRUIT SAUCE:

1 box (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate (DO NOT dilute)
3/4 c. cultured sour cream

Drain all canned fruits well. Slice bananas, chop unpeeled apple, pineapple, peaches, apricots, cherries and mandarin oranges into bite-size pieces. Drain all well. Mix all fruits together gently; set aside.

To make sauce: Combine dry pudding mix, orange juice concentrate and sour cream. Beat with wire whisk until thick and smooth. Mix fruit into sauce. Stir well. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight before serving. Serves 15. NOTE: Any fruit may be omitted.
