SWEET - SOUR GREEN BEANS 
Bacon (as mush as you like)
1/4 c. bacon fat
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Fry bacon - cut up before frying. Set aside until ready to serve. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over drained beans. The above sauce is sufficient for 2 medium cans of beans. It is best to make a little in advance so sauce flavor blends with beans. Sprinkle bacon over top when serving.
