3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
8 marshmallows
1 tbsp. cold water
3 c. finely crushed nuts
3 c. corn flakes
1 egg

Season the potatoes, add butter and nuts. Mold into ball around marshmallows. Beat egg, add water. Drop each ball into egg. Roll in corn flakes. Place on oiled baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
