SWEET POTATO BALLS 
Sweet potatoes
Marshmallows
Corn flakes, crushed
Cooking oil

Boil and mash sweet potatoes. When cold enough to handle, take 1 marshmallow and cover completely with the mashed sweet potatoes the size of a lemon. Roll in corn flakes. When ready to serve, fry in deep fat in wire basket until brown. Serve at once.
