EASY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 c. Minute rice
skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. water, divided

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place rice in sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour 1 cup water around outside of Minute rice. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

This recipe is also good with smoked sausages instead of chicken or a combination of the two.
