SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. uncooked wide egg noodles
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown beef and onion. Layer half of beef in pan. Cover with sauerkraut and top with rest of beef; put noodles on top. Spread soups over noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread cheese over top and bake 30 minutes more.
