HOT BACON DRESSING 
8 slices bacon
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. milk

Dice and brown bacon. Take bacon out and drain on paper towels. Use some of the bacon drippings.

In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, flour and salt. Then add vinegar and milk. Stir into bacon drippings and cook until it thickens. Add crisp bacon just before serving over salad greens.
