LEMON DESSERT 
1 lg. can condensed milk
1 lemon, juice and rind
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. boiling water
Pinch of salt

Dissolve Jello with boiling water. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind. When almost set, beat it with ice cold milk.

Cracker crumbs or vanilla wafers with butter and little sugar for crust.
