CABBAGE GOULASH 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, chopped, liquid reserved
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper, optional
10 c. shredded cabbage

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Yield: 10-12 servings.
