IRISH COFFEE DESSERT 
1/4 c. cold water
1 (1/4 oz.) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. Irish whiskey
2/3 c. whipping cream

Place water in small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 3 minutes. Stir in instant coffee and cocoa powder until dissolved.

In blender, process milk, brown sugar, and whiskey. With motor running, pour in gelatin mixture. Process until frothy. Pour into dessert dishes or Irish coffee glasses. Chill 2 hours until set. Makes 4 servings.
