IRISH COFFEE EGGNOG PUNCH 
2 cartons (1 qt. each) eggnog
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. Irish whiskey
1 qt. coffee flavored ice cream

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in Irish whiskey. Chill 1-2 hours. Pour into a punch bowl. Top punch with scoops of ice cream. Yield approximately 9 1/2 cups of punch.
