IRISH COFFEE 
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 jigger Irish whiskey
Hot strong black coffee
Whipped cream

Into a glass or coffee mug, measure sugar and Irish whiskey. Add hot coffee to within 1/2 inch of top. Stir to dissolve sugar. Top with whipped cream. Do not stir. Sip coffee through cream.

Use regular Irish coffee glasses or some pretty mugs with handles. Makes 1 serving.
