CHUCK WAGON BEANS | |
1/2 lb. sliced bacon 3 lb. ground beef 3 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped celery 2 beef bouillon cube 3/4 c. boiling water 1 clove garlic 1 1/2 c. catsup 4 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 cans baked beans Cook bacon until crisp. Cook beef, onions and celery. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat. Cover and bake 1 hour. Before serving, crumble bacon on top. |
