2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. milk

Mix dry (4) ingredients. Mix eggs and milk; add to dry ingredients. Add nuts and raisins. Mix well then let stand 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
