CORN BREAD SALAD 
6 or 8 green onions
1 whole bell pepper, chopped
4 boiled eggs
1 small cake corn bread
10 radishes
3 tomatoes
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Dressing:

1/2 c. bottled cucumber or Ranch dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. mustard

Combine ingredients for dressing.

Chop first 5 ingredients into a large bowl. Pour dressing over this and add a small amount of crumbled corn bread until it is the texture you want (not too dry). Stir in cheese. Chill.
