BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix mushroom soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour over broccoli in baking dish.

Topping:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix together and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
