CHICKEN AVOCADO SALAD FOR 3 
4 breasts of chicken
salt
1 bay leaf
2 hard boiled eggs
2 stalks celery
2 green onions
mayonnaise
avocados

Cook chicken breasts covered with water. Add salt and bay leaf. Bone, skin and cube chicken breasts. Mash eggs; chop celery and green onions. Combine; add mayonnaise to consistency you want. Serve on half avocados. Garnish any way you want.
