7 - UP JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up or Sprite
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sm. marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
2 eggs, beaten

Dissolve Jello in water and 7-Up. Let Jello begin to chill before adding fruit and marshmallows.

Topping: Cook sugar, flour, juice and eggs together until thick and add 2 tablespoons butter. Chill. Fold in 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Mix and spread on Jello.
