2 sm. pkgs. lemon or lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold 7-Up or Sprite
4 bananas
1 lg. can pineapple, drained (save juice)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and then add cold 7-Up or Sprite. Stir in bananas and pineapple. Chill until set.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Cook above until thick and add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 cup coconut. Cool and spread on Jello that is set.
