SHAKE AND BAKE CHICKEN 
2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. herbs, parsley and celery
2 tsp. Accent salt
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
2 tsp. onion powder

Mix in order given and store in a tight container. For chicken, beat up one egg and 3/4 cup milk. Dip pieces in milk-egg mix, then in shake and bake. Can be used on chicken, fish and pork chops.
