HOMEMADE SHAKE AND BAKE 
4 c. flour (I prefer flaky pie crust)
1/4 c. oil
4 c. fine cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. onion or garlic salt
10 lb. chicken

Dip chicken in several beaten eggs. Put on cookie sheet; turn every 1/2 hour.

Bake 2 hours.
