ICE BOX ROLLS 
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. shortening (rounded)
2 c. warm water

Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. 4 c. flour

Beat all the above ingredients with mixer, then stir in 4 more cups flour by hand. Use more flour to knead. Then refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 week. This dough works nice for just about anything like cinnamon rolls, buns, pizza dough, etc.
