TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. chopped celery
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
3 beaten eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 c. finely chopped cooked turkey
1 c. shredded process Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Cook celery in butter. Combine eggs, milk, soup, onion and dash of pepper. Add stuffing mix, celery, and turkey, stirring well. Pour into greased 9 inch casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on medium level for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
