KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned, chopped, save broth
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 med. onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix together both cans of soup and 1/2 cup broth from chicken. Cut tortillas into fourths and soften in chicken broth. Line bottom of casserole with half of flour tortillas. Add layers of chicken, onion and soup mixture. Pour soup mixture on top. Add 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Bake 325 degrees until heated.
