FRUIT AND NUT DESSERT 
2 c. chopped prunes, cooked & chopped
8 egg whites
8 egg yolks
2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg yolks until creamy. Add sugar, prunes, crumbs, raisins, soda, vanilla and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
