TORTILLA PINWHEELS 
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) chopped black olives
1 (4 oz.) green chilies, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onion tops
Garlic powder to taste

Mix sour cream and sour cream together. Spread on 6 small flour tortillas. Top Cheddar cheese, chopped black olives, chilies and green onion tops. Roll and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice in thin pieces.
